Jesse reached out to us after inquiring online about a Bronco Sport. We had already went to a few dealerships and had the “typical” car salesman experience. Once we got to Rountree it was completely different! Such an easy process & Jesse was so great every step of the way! He graciously answered every question I had with a smile. We came to the dealership to buy a truck for my husband and a couple of days later left with a new vehicle for myself as well. During our first visit, we briefly discussed what I wanted in a vehicle but it wasn’t on the lot. We came back to get the tool box transferred from my husbands old to his new truck and I was shown multiple vehicles in different trims and explained the differences between them. I knew I wanted an Expedition Max Limited and left with the Stealth version of it. I couldn’t be happier. We were extremely pleased and grateful for the kindness and helpfulness from everyone from the receptionist to the GM. We had enthusiastic help along the way from people who weren’t even involved in our sales. (No credit for our transactions). Jayden and Aaron were both top notch to work with. I wish we could do all business transactions with straight shooting, honest, efficient folks like them!

I was looking to buy a minivan for my wife as we prepare to expand our family. I found Rountree Moore online and they had a 2022 Kia Carnival that was a perfect fit for us. The only problem was the distance the dealership was from my home in Jacksonville. I mentioned this to my salesman Bryan and he asked me if it would help if he brought the car to us. I wanted to know more instantly. Within a few short days, we talked numbers and he drove the car to my home for us to test drive. It just so happened that the minivan was exactly what we hoped it was. Needless to say, Bryan drove back to the dealership in a different vehicle. Awesome salesman, awesome deal, awesome vehicle.
