My experience at Tampa Honda was worth the 2.5 hour trip simply due to their honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. After a miserable purchase in Miami last summer, I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot and trusted Josh and Wesley's transparency and eagerness to offer all they knew about this vehicle so I could make an informed decision. Ahead of my drive to Tampa for the test drive, I requested walk around videos of the Pilot as well as a clear video of the undercarriage, frame, and wheel wells. Josh sent videos in a matter of hours and the seamless car buying process had begun. When I arrived at the dealership, the Pilot was ready for the test drive and Josh was open and honest every step of the way. Upon pick up a couple days later, the Pilot was detailed, had a fresh oil change, and immediately drove 2.5 hours home with no problems. Again, thank you so much, Josh.
