After months of back and forth with the warranty company and my selling dealership, Cook County Ford fixed my 2018 Ford Escape!!! Hallelujah! During that time, myself, the warranty folks and Valdosta Nissan(TKO) put the service department at Cook County through hoops and steeples to get my car authorized to get the transmission replaced. The patience of the service crew should be studied because this dragged on since January! No issues with the car! Runs better than it did before! Thank you West and Zack! I mean that.
The best service department! They quickly got me in for an oil change and fixed a recall I didn’t know about. Also had my Bronco washed before I picked it up. Thanks guys!
The service department is great. These people are not out to make a quick buck off you. Very nice mannered and they got my truck fixed pretty quick. I will be doing business with them again i’ll say that.
