Lexus use this body shop for repairs and this is how I became familiar with those who work in collision center & body repair. My point of contact was Brandi who by now is very happy that I have not returned. ???? We had an issue with front bumper clips but finally a gentleman named Randy?? (not sure if correct) fixed problem and have not had any issue since. I had taken care of back several times for this issue and each time Brandi was very kind and patient. One thing I know is that they work hard to rectify any problems or customers concerns. Along the way I was further assisted by Kyle Montgomery, who is the General Sales Manager of Herrin-Gear Infiniti. He is one of the most pleasant and helpful individuals that I’ve met thus far. It’s people like this that help to create relationships and whom you never forget. I highly recommend this dealership and if you ever have an issue or problem, reach out to appropriate individuals and rest assured it will be handled properly and in a timely manner.
