They were very helpful and nice. Painless car buying but I also paid cash I've never done a loan. They didn't have the car I wanted to look at, at the lot. So they drove it from the Southside to the Eastside just for me to look at it. ( I already knew I wanted it ????) They brought it over, test drove it and then I bought it. It had a cracked center console screen which made the radio and everything un-usable they are replacing for it free and I will get my car next week! They had some of the best prices I saw, I spent a long time looking. It was 1 of 3 cars I wanted. It also comes with Avas GPS tracker for 3 years, which will help with insurance rates. It is a little extra but 1000% worth it, I'm glad they provide the option. And if it gets stolen I will know exactly where it is. I got another option called Red Alert rear end deterrent, it blinks the third brake light when braking to help warn drivers you are braking. Steve was very knowledgeable and thought ahead of everything we would need. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford or push me into something I didn't want. I explained what my needs are and my budget and he presented me my options. I got a 2017 Jeep Patriot Sport with 65k miles for 13,400 plus taxes, and few extra options. Can't beat that. I would highly recommend this place if someone is looking for a vehicle that is actually affordable but still very nice. I really enjoyed the zero pressure sales experience he let me make my own decisions un pressured.
