2017 Ford Escape Titanium

If I would give I higher rating I would ! Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The owner worked well with me and even went as far as showing me what was wrong with my car, how it can be fixed, what my option were, and how to prevent a similar problem. Being a women and going into a shop can feel uneasy but the staff at chrome auto really made me feel comfortable and took to time to help me understand what was going on with my car. Over all great service and wonderful customer service, I highly recommend!
