I do not write reviews often, but my experience with Ed Bozarth in Grand Junction was too good not to. I had been in the market for a FK8 Civic Type R for quite some time. I had been patient in trying to find the right fit and had the lucky chance of seeing one for sale at this location. Upon calling them for the first time, it was easy to see that their staff was experienced while also being extremely friendly. I had the privilege of dealing with John as my sales representative. He was well informed and worked with me to figure out a plan of action as I lived on the eastern plains of Colorado. They were extremely easy to deal with and we formulated a plan. I was handed off to Willie to try and figure out the finance part of the deal. He was able to easily assist me in getting a rate and plan that was extremely conducive to my needs and wants. Both Willie and John went out their way to make sure I was taken care of. John even picked me up from the Grand Junction airport in style to get me to the dealership. Both were extremely personable and they were genuinely interested in my story about why I was getting the car. Even staff I was not dealing with personally were extremely friendly. After everything, I was even gifted an awesome gesture of a lucky $2 bill in my gas tank to help me with my first fill up. If you like a company that strides hard to put customers first, this is the dealership for you. I truly felt like they were after my best interests and would highly recommend them to anyone I know.
