2012 Ford Escape XLT 4WD

What a great Dealership.. What a great SALESMAN, Ed Layfield!! Purchased a beautiful Ford Fusion on Friday. Was there on Tuesday looking at a few cars, and came back to purchased on Thursday. Came in late, so had to finish the deal on Friday after the CU came through with a great rate. Ed did all the paperwork and made it so easy. What a GREAT Car Dealership. Very, very helpful. Very nice selection of cars and trucks. I was amazed on there selection for a smaller dealership. I bought my 2003 Dodge Dakota, I am the second owner. Mr. MacKinnon was very helpful and easy to talk with, this was my first buy and he made everything go smoothly!!!! I had no worries with anything, he completed everything very, very fast.

This was my first car lot shopping experience I dealt with Fred H. He was really cool about the whole process and did everything he could to help me out with all his years his experience and knowledge. He knows his stuff and he's definitely the type of person you can get caught up talking about life with. As with anything, you have to go into the process realistic and in the mood. If you go in stressed out unable to be educated, you're not going to be able to hear the information youre being told and you're definitely not going to be able to follow your intuition in a negative confrontational mindset, mine took me to the 2010 Hyundai Accent and Fred. I do not regret a thing. He gave me a hell of a deal and also left me walking away feeling comfortable that should anything arise, it will be an easy, comfortable process to get serviced. Recommend.
