2012 Ford Escape

Purchased my first vehicle for Beacon Driving School in Lincoln, MA. Bash and the rest of the sales team were fantastic. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Lexington Toyota.

Until this year I have always owned a used car and never gone through the new buying car process. It can be really intimidating, and nerve wracking knowing if you're asking the dealers the right questions, if you're getting a fair price...which I experienced at a handful of dealerships. So it was quite a relief, breath of fresh air, to find Lexington Toyota. The whole team there are so kind, helpful, patient, knowledgeable and transparent with the car buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Daley in the selection and purchasing process. From our first conversation to when I drove the car off the lot, you could tell he genuinely understood this was a big deal purchase for me, and wanted to makes sure I felt confident and happy about buying the car- such a nice person who also responded to my follow-up calls/emails so promptly. And day of sale I got to work with other members of the team at Lexington who were all so kind and helpful- and you get the sense that there is a really great work comradery amongst the whole team there. Special shout out to Bash who helped me get acquainted with my new car- ensuring I understood all the features in the car. Thank you, Lexington Toyota! Glad I found you all.

The receptionist, I believe her name is Pam is always friendly, cheerful, and greets us with a big smile every single time we come into the Toyota sales department. Unlike other Toyota dealership greeters, she is friendly, courteous, and a wonderful person, and should be recognized for that. 5 Stars for her! ?? ????????
