No slick sales people, sneaky finance managers or pressure to upgrade your vehicle and service. Carl and Heidi are nice and friendly people, and it was a pleasure to work with them. The lack of an office was a little annoying (I signed loan documents on a tree stump) but they were quick to communicate/respond and helped make the process easy. Their local credit union down the street approved my loan for 1.5% less APR than the next best competitor and in under two hours.
