2012 Ford Escape Limited 4WD

My husband and I recently bought my dream “mom” car from Countryside. We had a great experience and would recommend Justin at Countryside to anyone looking to buy! No pressure, answered all our questions and worked with our budget. Couldn’t be happier!

Countryside Chevrolet is wonderful! We fried our brakes pulling a fifth wheel down the mountains on vacation, and pulled into a campground outside Franklin to regroup. We called Countryside, and Tonya was amazing! She squeezed us in the next day for evaluation, had the parts in the next day, and they did a complete brake job, rotors, pads, calipers,etc., the following day. They were all so professional, helpful, test drove our truck, and put us back on the road quickly. They are a very busy shop, yet took the time to help out visitors. I give my wholehearted endorsement to Countryside!

Buying a new car can be very stressful when you don't know what to expect. Everyone at Countryside made this experience very pleasant for me. They worked to make sure I got what I wanted and kept me updated every step of the way. I love the car I purchased and know where to go if I am ever in need of another car.
