2020 Ford Escape SE AWD

Best dealership experience I've ever had. Our salesman Dustin was incredibly knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at. I would highly recommend dealing with him. He was also friendly, accommodating, and down to earth. He wasn't pushy or overbearing, which is a nice change of pace from most salesmen I've dealt with. Lisa, the finance lady, was also incredible to work with. She did a great job of laying out the process. She stayed late to go over every program and step by step of what to expect and really helped us make the best financial decisions for us personally. The dealership as a whole has a small town feel and they truly treat you like family. We will certainly do business here again.

Dustin is a courteous and professional salesperson. I bought my Ford Escape two years ago and if I have a question or a problem he still treats me as if I were a new customer. He truly believes in customer service. He should be the manager of the service department. They really need someone in charge who is mature and knows the value of keeping a customer coming back. Dustin is an excellent salesperson.

Ordered a MachE with Dustin's help and he was very honest, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about Ford's new EV options. He made extra effort to follow through after delivery to be sure everything was ok and continues to be my point of contact for questions, which I really appreciate. The car is AWESOME, by the way. So fun to drive and integrates tech well.
