Omg!! Ms Lana is the most patient and caring and knowledgeable agent I have ever met! She's is going to get in that ring and FIGHT ever hurdle til you are accepted, approved and driving away!! I had my doubts but that's all old news! She is resilient in making sure her people get taken care of! I wouldn't consult with anyone other than HER! She IS THAT GIRL! I would like to thanks Lana for the great customer service and helping me with everything. I didn’t wait long and I was able to get a vehicle with no money down and also do a trade-in.
