2022 Ford Escape SE AWD

Yesterday my wife and I purchased a new 2024 f250 and a new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. My sales rep Mr. Z was simply amazing as well as the entire delivery team. The Ford team treated my family so kindly. We received a more than fair trade value on both of our vehicles allowing us to purchase two new vehicles well within our family budget. Mr. Z took time to review all the technology functions with my wife as well as connected my wife’s iPhone to her new vehicle and assisted us in every step of the process. Mr. Allan Broth the multi-store manager was very kind and checked on us multiple times during the delivery process and even helped me by put our sons car seats in our new vehicles. Great people!!!! My sales man Nate was extremely helpful and guided me through the process of purchasing my first truck and made it a cake walk. Brad was the sales manager during this transaction and was extremely accommodating as well. After purchasing my truck I noticed a few cosmetic issues and with no hesitance at all they both accommodated me immediately and took my concerns very seriously and handled it expeditiously. In the future I will 100% be coming back to the ford dealership in moon township with no hesitation. I couldn’t have been treated more genuinely and would recommend them to anyone I know. I have been looking for an expedition at four different dealerships. Moon Ford offered me the best price on the new vehicle and the best trade in so I made the purchase. My second Ford expedition purchase from Moon Ford and expected to be back again in the future.
