Scheduling my appointment was easy and hassle free. When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted promptly by my service representative Alex. He was Friendly and knowledgeable and the check in process went smoothly. The service details were explained to me and then I was linked to their app so that I could see how the service was coming along as I relaxed in the Customer lounge area. A nice assortment of complementary beverages and snacks were provided. I was surprised and pleased how fast the service went. I will recommend Chapman Acura to others.

I love the Acura team and the service dept at Chapman. Rene is amazing! Normally, I am very suspicious because I’ve been lied to by mechanics in the past about what my car really needs so I’m always a little leary but I trust this team. Took my car in for a recalled part issue and routine service. I was expecting to wait there for it to be done but found out it would take overnight. I hadn’t planned on that but Rene already had me set up with a loaner car and I was in and out in 15 minutes. My car was done by 10am the next morning. The routine service even ended up being $80 less than expected. The whole process was quick and easy and everyone I dealt with was SUPER friendly and professional. They all seem like they enjoy their job and that makes a difference in how they care for their customers! I’ve never had a bad experience with them. Great customer service!

He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options, which I really appreciated. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but his professionalism and honesty truly stood out.
