Great experience, I went with a specific vehicle in mind and by the time I arrived they had it pulled up to the front. I took it for a quick test ride and went into negotiation phase. I had come with all my facts and numbers verified so the negotiations went pretty quick I told them what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade and with very little push back by sales, we did the deal under fair terms. Other than that a great place. Clean friendly very knowledgeable and smooth buying experience

We just got a RAV4 and had an awesome experience. Jesse in sales helped us out and even though he’s new he made sure that we were taken care of. Charlies bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable with the payment and financing options and helped us every step of the way. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Great experience over all. Polite and knowledgeable salesmen. Only one complaint: I had to return to Charlie's a week after purchase to have an option installed that was supposed to have been done at time of purchase. Again, over all, a great experience.
