2017 Ford Escape SE 4WD

What a great experience at KARS Inc Des Moines, Demarcus was out to greet me when I was out of the car.. He brought out many sets of keys for me to look at and found a car in a very short time and took a test drive. Demarcus answered every question I had and bought a car that fit my needs.. I just recently got a vehicle from this place. Demarcus and Karl from the Des Moines location and Cherie at the Pleasant Hill location helped my so much. They were both very kind and courteous to my situation. They went above and beyond to get me approved for a vehicle. Unfortunately I can't give 10 stars otherwise I WOULD because these people were fantastic. They constantly stayed in contact with me and advised me of different options I had. I would highly highly recommend this place and I know I will be coming back to them for another vehicle. Thank you again Kars, Karl, Demarcus & Cherie...you guys are life savers!

I pulled up in my box chevy to check out a Jeep Wrangler...i think it was the owner came out and greeted me...i took the jeep out for a test drive (by myself) and noticed the engine light came on...now i have experience with cars so i knew nothing was wrong with the engine, and the whole car wasnt acting up..so i drove back to the dealership and asked him about it..he said it was a gromet from the air filter or something and that he would fix it..long story short, i got approved by my bank, called him and said he would take care of it over the weekend...minutes later he called me back and said i could take the Jeep home saturday! i would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to get a reliable vehicle! I dont know where the negative reviews are coming from.
