Akins Dodge offers top-notch customer service. When I called to inquire about needing an appointment for an oil change, both customer service representatives I spoke to were incredibly nice and helpful. As it turned out, I didn't require an appointment and could simply drive in. I received assistance within about 5 minutes, and the estimated wait time was quite accurate. I also had the chance to visit their custom shop, Willie's, where I had a pleasant experience. My time at Akins was very positive, and I highly recommend their services.
