2017 Ford Escape SE 4WD

I'll start by saying I absolutely can't stand car shopping. However, this was the best experience I've ever had. The salesman Bryon made it a completely relaxing experience. We laughed and had great conversation throughout the paperwork. The financing interview was pleasant as well. It can be stressful when dealing with money, finances, credit. The interview was really about getting to know you and I received valuable advice. There were things on my credit report I wasn't aware of and he went through the process of showing me, so I could follow up on them. By the end of it, I found a nice car and felt great about the whole experience. Including the warranty offered on a used car, which isn't always the case. When you walk out of there you feel like you really are working with a team. You feel like you're being set up to succeed and like they really got to know you as a person. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car. If you want to laugh and have a good time, ask for Bryon.

When everyone else told me no Byrider told me yes. My credit score is low and that was keeping me from getting a vehicle, I shopped around for months until I found Byrider. I can’t get over how easy the process was. I walked in and met Dan, who was so helpful and friendly and I told him the vehicle that I was interested in ( the 2013 Chevrolet Spark) and he said, “well let’s get you that vehicle then”. I filled out a few papers, such as my income, where I work and stuff like that. Then a few minutes later, I met with Steve, who was also very helpful and friendly and easy to talk to. He went over my credit with me, explained to me what was impacting and affecting my credit, but told me that he will try his hardest to get the car I wanted. Within five minutes, I was approved. I couldn’t believe it. When everyone else all the other car lots, I’ve been to had told me no. Byrider told me yes. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Chevrolet spark that I love the car is practically brand new on the inside and out. I know this car will last me a lifetime if I take care of it. When I purchased this car, it only had 70,000 miles on it. That’s unbelievable for the year that it is. I am so grateful and fortunate to have found Byrider and to have met Dan and Steve, Who made my dream come true!!! Thank you so much for helping me and my family.
