We definitely recommend Bryan “Fordguy” At Elder Ford. He Took the time to talk to my brother about a truck they had on the lot.( my brother, who is NOT even purchasing a vehicle , he’s only window shopping for a truck are dad had said ONE DAY he wanted.) Brian spent many hours with my brother and His daughter explaining everything about the Ford maverick he even Took the Maverick truck to my dad’s house to let are dad see it. My dad fell in love with The truck and the customer service Brian gave to are dad was excellent. Now my Nice decides she wants to look at a bronco (my niece, who is not even looking to purchase a vehicle at all!) Decide she wants to test drive, look and has questions about a bronco. At this point, Brian doesn’t even know if anybody’s really interested or serious about buying a vehicle, but he still takes the time to answer all the questions now about both vehicles. Never once did my family feel, rushed or felt like they were Being pushed into buying A vehicle. But the customer service, and the honesty that Brian gave to them ,My family ended up buying 2 vehicles in one day. Brian definitely knows his stuff when it comes to selling a vehicle. Everything was upfront. Nothing hidden. Brian has great customer service and definitely you can trust his word. Thanks again Brian for everything.
