Kerri at Nissan was great! I really appreciate all her help, knowledge and went above and beyond. Very efficient. Making sure all my info was updated and correct. I can't stress enough when I left I knew what was expected and was elated. I asked lots of questions and she was very knowledgable and answered them all. When I picked up my car she was busy with a customer so another agent helped check me out. Kerri came over after she was done with her customer to see if I had any additional questions and went over more information, after I had asked more questions (about future appt vehicle services) lol! She didn't have to but it goes to shows how much she wanted to make sure everything was taken care of. Really great employees. A few years ago I had a not so good visit here. This interaction and with how fast and efficient my repair went, I will definitely be back.

Jose Ovalles was incredibly welcoming and helpful. His customer service was outstanding, He went above and beyond to help me through the process of buying a new car. Thank you I also appreciated the efficiency of the service department and the ease of booking an appointment. The female employee I spoke with was a shining example of good customer service, and I hope she is recognized for her exceptional work. It is rare to come across such professional and personable individuals these days, and her assistance made the process of getting an oil change much more enjoyable. I regret not getting her name, but I am grateful for her assistance and commend her for her outstanding customer service skills.

I called the Parts Department and spoke with Jacob. Although I did not get the part I wanted due to my own time crunch, he was very kind, professional, and helpfull. He recommended other parts, part numbers, etc. Overall, 5/5 experience. Keep up the good work!
