2023 Ford Escape Active AWD

I’m so happy that my husband and I decided to visit this dealership. After two bad experiences at other nearby Hyundai dealerships, we were almost ready to give up on buying a new car. Thankfully, we came here and purchased a Hyundai Venue Limited. From the moment we walked in, Bill greeted us and made us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful in securing the deal we wanted and listened to our concerns and preferences. Overall, our experience with everyone at this dealership was very positive. Everyone, including Ms. Munoz, was patient and thorough in explaining all the details. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

I bought a 2021 certified Kona in Countryside. The sales guy was Jim, I believe. The check engine light has come on 3 times since I bought it on July 22nd. Its been serviced twice, and i have to take it back next week when they have loaners, since I do need a car to get to work. The salesmen and service guys are nice, but it doesn't make up for the frustration I'm left feeling because I feel i bought a lemon not to mention spending my time having drop off my car, pick up a loaner and hope they have my car fixed quickly. I am having more issues with this car than the 18 year-old car I traded in!!!! I paid 1000 bucks extra for a "certified" car, but the jokes on me! UPDATE: I took the car back in, and now it's been almost 4 months without anything going wrong with the car! Finally! I changed my rating from a 2 to a 4 star. Like I said before everyone there was nice. Just not sure why it took so many visits to finally not have any issues.
