Best dealership service department EVER. These people are highly accomodating, competent, customer-service oriented, friendly, etc. Been servicing cars for 50 years (Im old) . Service dept here would sway me to buy another Ford when the time comes. Prices are competitive on my out-of- warranty car as well.

The services provided to me were excellent. The team at Timbrook were fantastic. I was informed on all my questions about the service and its cost. I was given recommendations on what winter tires would work best for my location and the area. I was even given an opportunity to test drive the new F-150 Lightening Ford that was on their lot for showing potential customers. This was a thrill for this old man of eighty-two. One that I will always remember. When it is time for me to buy my next new truck, I will buy it at Timbrook...no doubt about that.
