2024 Ford Escape Active AWD

I really was in need of a car, I could not get into one anywhere I went. There was an issue here or there. I was able to get in, tell Jason what it is I was looking for, and he did the rest. He found the car, and got me off the lot with zero hassle. The car is amazing. Runs as beautiful as it looks. Extremely reliable, exactly what I needed. I am very grateful. Fine place to buy a car! Prices are competitive, service is friendly, and I'm very pleased with my new-used Sedan. Jason Khair isn't your typical quickly-shake-your-hand-and-slap-your-back kinda car salesman; he's a considerate man who wants you to have as smooth an experience as possible. If something unexpected happens, he'll step in and personally try to make it right. The only reason I'm not giving this dealership 5 full stars is because of the location. You'll find most used car lots along busy roads -- but this narrow tract of Evans Ave takes the cake in my experience. And once you've managed to pull in and figure out where to park, organizing a test-drive is its own can of worms. It's not impossible, but if a relaxed, low-stakes test-drive is a non-negotiable for you... I mean... LA Motors will do their best to oblige, but you're at the complete mercy of the commuters along East Evans Avenue. It certainly makes the interior of the LA Motors office feel like an oasis of calm in the middle of all that bustling traffic -- for which I was grateful. Hopefully your experience will be as good as mine!
