Ed was great. Not only could he read my body language; that I didn't want to be bothered until I found the Truck I wanted. The dealership did great with the social distancing and sanitizing. I changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted and it was nice to have the flexibility of not feeling pressured. I was given an inspection report and vehicle history. We had a delay due to COVID with obtaining the Title and I was able to take the vehicle home for a few days until it arrived without issue. Ed was kind to my family and was very professional during my entire experience at Kayser. Fran from financing was very patient with my many questions about the details and the Manager Joe came by, introduced himself and was honest. We love our "New" to us Truck!

I started my car shopping about 4 weeks ago when my 2004 PT Cruiser started having problems and I didn't feel like putting any more money into it. Browsed a number of dealers on line and Kayser Ford was the dealership that offered the selection of vehicles that I was interested in. Made a quick visit on a Friday afternoon to check out 3 or 4 cars that were on my list that I had developed. Spoke with Tim Gillham briefly and told him what I was looking for and that I was not in a buying situation that day. Tim took the time to deal with me that cold Friday even though he knew I was not buying at that time. A few days later I sent off an e-mail to Tim to see when he would be available again - with-in an hour or so I had gotten an e-mail back from him with when he would be at the dealership. I finally made my decision the following week and on Feb. 1st I returned and picked out the vehicle that I had found on-line Took out the Nissan Rogue for a drive and it felt like it was the best fit for me. Started the buying process with Tim and was very hospitable during the process. asked if I wanted coffee or water and offered up the newspaper for me to read while all the paperwork got started. switched out my plates and took care of getting my new car all taken car of. He than handed me over to Fran D'Amato and the financing process was started - I had already been pre-qualified with my bank, but Fran was able to find a better financing rate for me. All told, I believe I spent just under 2 hours from start to finish that Saturday
