2024 Ford Escape

Had a belt let go at 4:45pm, the dealership service center went above and beyond to squeeze me in and get my car fixed! The cost was very reasonable as well! 10/10 would recommend. The waiting room was clean, staff were friendly and knowable! I was beyond impressed, living an hour away, and having three small children stranded in Oakland; I really was thinking my day got real bad but Central Maine Ford saved the day!!!

We have purchased 2 vehicles here in the last month and are beyond pleased. Cole and Nick made both experiences enjoyable. These guys may be new but EXCELL at great customer service!!

It was excellent service and a tremendous convenient to have pick up and delivery service of my vehicle! I liked the technical video of what was completed and the work that was done! Also the expert advice of what should be taken care of!
