There is no pressure put on you to buy. Everyone is extremely nice. They went the extra mile and took the extra time to assist me in buying out my lease which was a bit after everything I had been through towards the end of the year prior. I have dealt with this dealership for years and seen different sales people with and all of them are great.
I am from out of state but staying locally for awhile and needed to find a new vehicle. I have driving anxiety and knew picking out a new vehicle that is so different than my current van would stress me out. I went down with the intention of sitting in a bunch of different styles until I found something I was comfortable with. Dom was my sales person and was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions and getting a million keys for me to try everything I thought I might like. He was there to answer questions but didn’t do that normal sales man push to get me into something I didn’t want. I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to ask for Dom to help you!!
I started having trouble with my truck halfway through a trip this past weekend and these guys went above and beyond to help us out. It was during the storms and flooding on Friday and the parts delivery guy had to navigate all the closed and flooded roads to get my part there in time for me to continue my trip.
