Nobody's perfect, but these people do their utmost to take care of you. At least that's been my experience. This is the third car I have purchased from them, and I won't give anyone else the time of day, including that screaming cowboy from Grand Ledge, or the loud guy in the loud suit that has the catchy tag line.
Bought a 17 Acura and we noticed a small oil leak a month after purchase. They sent us to their mechanic and backed it before they even knew what was wrong. Fortunately, it was only a defective oil filter but I appreciated them taking care of it.
They let me take my time and look at the car without pressuring me. Gave me a good price. Were friendly with the paperwork. Cleaned it all up and delivered it. Love the car. I'd use them again without hesitation.
