I was looking for tires and Premiere had the best price. Mr. Ethan in the parts department found good tires on sale. He contacted the service department and e mailed me the full cost for the tires, mount and balance and other necessary charges. It was the best deal for quality and price I spoke with the Mr. Matthew the service manager and he personally made me an appointment. I went in and Mr. Rick the serviceman at the front desk was excellent, he was so professional and friendly and he took my car immediately. The service was fast and efficient. Driving home I could tell the tires were balanced properly and my car rode great. This was the best experience at a service department at a dealership in years. If you are looking for quality, worry free service and value you will find it at Premiere Ford. The parts department helped today by giving me a list for the missing center cap on my car and several dealerships in the country that have this obsolete part. They really go above and beyond to assist the customer. The measure of a GOOD DEALERSHIP is one with an excellent service department. Premier Ford was awesome. Even though we bought our little Bronco Sport in New Orleans they took great quick care of us when the AC quit blowing cold after about 6 weeks. Lyndsie was the face of Service Dept and she is in the right job. Friendly, calming, professional in the best Southern way: calling my me My Dear right away and putting me and especially my wife at ease immediately. She put us in a loaner Ford Escape that was super clean and peppy. Thanks to all the service crew. Great experience.
