I was recommended Superior by older brother who has also had very good experiences at their Chevrolet dealership location. Honestly this was probably the best car buying experience I ever had. This is the first time that I have bought from Superior Ford in Siloam Springs. I was searching for a used Ford Raptor and ending up working with Clay Johnson. He was an outstanding salesman. He had a zero pressure approach and did everything possible to make sure I was happy with the truck. Secondly, the sales manager (I forgot his name) was very polite and made sure that both parties were satisfied on trade-in and the purchase. Both of these individuals have went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and continue to make sure that I’m satisfied.
