2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

Our 1st experience here was with Denise Moore. She was very nice and she went above and beyond to find us what we wanted. She answered our questions and honestly dealt with our grumpiness in the perfect way. She had us in much better spirits even before she found the vehicle we wanted. Then William worked some magic and got us financed and got us a payment lower than we expected! Then Justin sealed everything with all the paperwork! We pick up our vehicle this morning as they wanted to make sure the vehicle was detailed and gassed up and that we are able to be shown all of the features and how to use them before we drive it off the lot. An amazing 5 star experience! We are excited to pick up our Ford Edge!! Woohoo they were all so amazing!

Very comfortable with our salesman Taylor. Did like that the process of purchasing has been streamlined. No longer paraded through 5-6 people to purchase a vehicle. The process was painless and it was not high pressure. I am only giving 4 stars for one reason. Once the deal was made, all papers signed with salesman we were escorted to finance where a very nice gentlemen had us sign finance documents; however there was a change in the payment due to the option to purchase extended warranty. In my husband and my opinion this should be discussed as an option prior to the close of the sale. You are informed of monthly payment amount during negotiations but with this option, which can be denied, it does change your monthly payment amount.

Me and my wife went in with the intention of leaving with a great new to us used Explorer and that's what we did. We chose Classic Ford due to the friendly nature of the sales staff. We have nothing but good words for this establishment. We visited a few other dealerships around town and the sales team acted as if we were inconveniencing them. We went out looking at what we wanted because we already new what we wanted. The other places wanted to show us other options that we knew we didn't want. So we chose to return to Classic Ford and make our purchase. It took a Lil longer then we wanted that day but that wasn't nothing on there side. They took everything we told them we wanted, what we needed and they made it happened. So for that, we are very thankful for their friendly staff. Trust me, if you're looking for a new car or a new to you car then Classic Ford is the place. Thank you to the sales staff and the finance experts for everything that y'all did.
