2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend Mid (222A) 4x4

A chance gym meeting with Filippo Marchione (owner/principal) led me to Whaling City Ford. After several frustrating and unsuccessful attempts to diagnose and repair a persistent drivetrain noise/vibration at a Norwich Ford dealership, I was convinced my 2021 Ford F-150 was a lemon. I briefly explained my truck problem to Filippo. His response was fast and sure; " bring that truck to my dealership on Monday!". I did just that. I was greeted by Assistant Service Manager Steve Gonzalez who immediately road tested my truck. Within minutes Steve identified the noise and promptly scheduled the truck for service. As the warrantied repair was serious, a spotless loaner car was provided. Not only was the initial drivetrain problem rectified, additional issues were noted and corrected by the experienced Ford technician. I am not easily impressed, however Whaling City Ford exceeded every expectation of service from soup to nuts. I am an appreciative customer.
