I needed a routine oil change & was able to make an appointment through the automated system. It was so easy! I arrived about 30-45 mins early(due to unexpected circumstances on my side) and was greeted wonderfully. The service rep explained they would get my vehicle in by my appointment time & showed me & my two kiddos to the waiting area. This area was spacious, had plenty of seating, tables, refreshments, & a tv that had a variety of channels to entertain us. The service department was quick and got us in & out in about an hour. Thanks for all the accommodations, quickness & courtesy!
