2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I had a wonderful experience here at Mathews Ford. John was my dealer and he was amazing. I felt heard and like he really cared about me and wanted to give me the best deal there is. He also made sure to let me know if i ever had questions to contact him and each time he has gotten back to me.

I bought my Escape from Mathews Ford in 2021 and have had it serviced here for regular maintenance, recalls and any issues ever since. My check engine light came on recently and I was able to book my appointment online for the very next day. The service team was very knowledgeable and was able to locate and fix the issue very quickly! When it was finished, Riley called and explained to me exactly what they did. He also told me that this was covered under my extended warranty so all I owed for was the service call. He used my Ford rewards points for that. I was in and out of there in just a couple hours. I was extremely satisfied with the courtesy and timeliness of all the staff at this Ford facility. I will be a customer for life!

Service was great. Took care of the vehicle issue quickly. Really appreciated the intake process and rep doing so. Also glad they offered to take me home and pick me up when the vehicle was completed.
