My first time dealing with Woody Folsom ... Their Ford service department was first class, from the first call to the last handshake. 330 miles from home and at our camp my Ford F150 decided it wasn't going to run right and I was in a bind. All the locals told me to call Woody Folsom Ford for help, so I did. They sent a flat bed 32 miles to pick up my truck at 5:45 Thursday afternoon and got to work on it by 9:00 a.m Friday morning. At 11:30 a.m I got the call that my truck was fixed and ready to go. Professional, Friendly, knowledgeable, Understanding all at a very reasonable Price. Thank you all ...
