I went to service my Forester at Subaru Southwest. My Appointment was at 4:30pm with Nancy, my appointment was on time and I got a warm welcome from her. The best thing is she already knew I love my car to be taken care of so she checked on every thing that needed to be done. She notified me of my upgrades and she took care of them. Knowing I came from work she offered me to get comfortable and she would keep me posted as soon as all was done. I had nothing to worry about my car was in good hand. When it was ready she escorted me to a bright clean car. She washed my baby, I left with a smile and a happy heart. Thank you Nancy you are the BEST!!!
