Bought a used GMC Sierra through Jim Schmidt Chevrolet and couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. After getting burned on a few other vehicles and dealing with some less than helpful dealers, Terry on the Jim Schmidt team made the process as easy and convenient as possible. They were quick to respond with a video of the vehicle and answer all my questions, the financing team made the approval process as easy as possible, and they even offered to meet me halfway for me to pick up the truck since I am out of town. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Our terrain needed some repair our local mechanic couldn't do. She was towed here... I'll tell you I've never had a nicer experience with these folks?!! Parts... Waiting on parts. Loaner? No problem! (Of course it's nicer?) Cost came in cheaper than quoted and made a gut wrenching moment a little smoother, thanks guys!!! Christian, your the best dude!!! ????
