2023 Ford Bronco Base 4x4

We had a really good experience for our first time buying a car from a dealership. We typically buy them from 3rd parties, so we didn't know what to expect. Matt our salesperson, was very responsive in reaching out when we showed interest in one of their used cars on the lot. We are over an hour away so we made an appointment to look at it. He was really helpful about answering our questions, and no pressure. They didn't deal on their price, but I heard that with online shopping that doesn't happen too much anymore. We left with purchasing the car and was really happy until we got home and found there was an issue with the brakes. The dealership was great about working with us, and gave us great customer satisfaction, and trust, so that we would again return to look for our next car there as well possibly. I feel like we were able to find a safe, reliable, competitively priced car for our teen.

Had a great experience with the team of Mike Burkart Ford. We went there not knowing what was going to happen. We arrived in our VW JETTA and left the same night in our new to us 2016 FORD F-150 XLT 4X4. We had know idea that we were going to leave there that night with our truck. They gave us a great trade in on our car and did all the financing their. We could not believe how fast and courteous they were.
