2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks 4x4

I’m loving my new 2024 Bronco outer banks from All American Ford in Point Pleasant ! I have to say even though the process still takes a long time this is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Johnny. Steve and Loni had me laughing so hard and they couldn’t have been any more helpful , fair or nice to me. I highly recommend this dealership and see Johnny the salesman he’s the best !! I bought my first Bronco Big Bend from All American. My first contact to the dealership when I called on the phone was Shana. She was so nice and helpful and she recommended a salesman for me. My salesman was Johnny Avella. I can't say enough wonderful things about Johnny! In all my years of buying cars he was absolutely the best! When I walked into that dealership he was dressed to the nines and greeted me as if I were an old friend. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and we went for a test drive. There was no pressure involved, when we came back from the test drive. He asked if I would like an estimate for my Jeep Wrangler that I was considering for a trade .I said sure! He came back a short time later with an excellent price for my Jeep and even better price for the Bronco. I couldn't have been happier! I bought the Bronco right on the spot! From the time I made the arrangements to buy the Bronco until the day I picked it up I had Johnny's personal number and any questions or concerns I had I just texted him and he answered me immediately. On the day I picked the Bronco up he treated me warmly and was just as excited as I was to be getting my new Bronco. I would recommend Johnny and All American to anybody that I know and even if I don't know you if you're looking to buy a vehicle, this is the place to go. All these people are wonderful and I have to say there is no pressure involved! About 2 days after I picked up my Bronco I went to have the wheels changed and at that time the tire shop told me that my vehicle had no wheel locks. I got in touch with Johnny. He got back to me right away and he said that the dealership would be giving me wheel locks. Within 2 days I picked them up at the desk!
