2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend Advanced 4x4

Easy and quick. The most pleasant experience ever in buying a vehicle. It was like Mr. Micheal Dixon (sales person) knew exactly what I was looking for. It was more like spending time with a good friend and not a car salesman. I give him 5+ stars. The business manager Dan Cahill was just as friendly and pleasant. He made the paperwork a cake walk. He explained everything that we signed and never pressured us at any point. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I purchased a vehicle from Matt back in june. I was very pleased with his willingness to help and work through every issue or bump in the road we had. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The vehicle even had a broke windshield and he quickly arranged for that to be fixed very quickly. I am overall pleased and will definitely recommend him and Gallatin ford to everyone.

Overall I had a good experience at Miracle Ford. Everything was fast, people were friendly. Michael (don't remember his last name) was very helpful and nice. Although he said he would provide me second set of keys, that never happened but not a big deal. I would definitely do business with them again in the future.
