2023 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Advanced 4x4

I live in New York and Jim’s Auto Sales worked tirelessly to help me purchase, finance, and transport my vehicle. The salesmen and finance department responded promptly to all my texts and phone calls and were able to answer every question with absolute certainty. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jim’s and I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them in the future!

So my husband was ready to locate his new toy. He was stuck between a Jeep SRT8 and another chevy. Lo and behold he found his new baby. Of course he had me contact the Auto Sales place ( Me being a person who shops off the showroom floor) I was quite skeptical as I have always heard horror stories. I called and spoke with Sam and he gave me the full price and said that the truck would be avaliable to view. I relayed the information to my husband and on Sunday afternoon we went down there. Arrived and the truck was not there but in maintenance. Bummed is an understatement and he was excited to see the truck. Sam advised us that he would contact me when the vehicle was avaliable again. Days went by and we forgot about it. On Thursday July 27th 2023 Sam contacted me along with photos and asked us to come down and visit. I fwd the info to my spouse and he was happy again. Saturday morning I reached out to Sam and was forwarded to Ricky who ended really changing my outlook on the used car dealers. Ricky had the truck pulled out at the exact time we said we would be arriving, he allowed us to test drive on the main street along on the fwy. He had cold water avaliable for us. We arrived at 10:30am and was out of there 2:45pm (small hiccups, paperwork etc) and through it all Ricky never left our side. We learned that he experienced some of the challeneges that we are facing as new owners, he had the car cleaned, gas placed, took our photos and even named our new baby A &W ( yes like the Root Beer LOL ) Thank you Ricky for going above and beyond with making sure that we were comfortable and giving us the gems we needed to proceed.

After a highly underwhelming experience at Anaheim Hyndai, I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming location S. of L.A. My sales agent Nami Mir was down to earth and easy to work with and the whole experience was positive and hassle-free. I felt good about the car and their 30-day free warranty (and their garage) gave me a sense of peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Nami and Jim's Auto Sales in the future.
