2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak Advanced 4x4

I purchased a mustang here on Memorial Day weekend 2020. My sales person was Gary Scherger and I can saw without a doubt this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I already knew what car I came to look at and asked about it within minutes I had been given all the information about the car and the keys to go for a test drive. My test drive was alone which was very nice so I had the chance to make a non pushed decision on how I felt about the vehicle. The car was for lack of better words perfect for a used car. Once returning to the dealership I was greeted at the door by Gary and I was upfront with him on exactly what I was looking for financing wise and how many times they were allowed to pull my credit for a loan. They were busy and short staffed due to COVID so I did have to wait around for the results of financing (this was not a problem I was in no hurry). Gary him self was very straight forward and not pushy in anyway on getting me to buy this car which is one of the reasons this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Once the approval came in for vehicle loan Gary cane and found me and let me know it and gave me all the details of the loan. Now since it was a holiday weekend and a Saturday to boot my bank was closed and I was trading in a car that still had a small loan on it so we couldn’t get payoff info and stuff and I would have to cone back Tuesday after the banks opened to sign the deal. They did however write up a contract for me a so called “test drive agreement” so I may have the car to drive until Tuesday. It’s was the nicest gesture to be given so that I could drive my car for a few day’s and not have to say I bought a car but not have it. As for my trade in they did give me a higher than normal trade in value and I was rather shocked had I gone to a particular ford dealership around the findlay area they wouldn’t have gave me near as much as the ford in tiffin did. Without a doubt I will consider tiffin ford family and will only do business with them from here on out. Great attitude and proper non pushy sales employees goes a long way in making a reputation for your self. I will recommend anyone looking for a ford vehicle to come here. Thanks tiffin ford

They are always good about helping as much as possible! When I get my car serviced they will take me home if I cannot wait or do their best to set me up with a nice loaner car! They have picked my car up and delivered it back to be at times! Always friendly service!
