2023 Ford Bronco Base Advanced 4x4

Would like to thank Edwin for helping me out on my purchase of a beautiful 2009 Corvette. He stayed late and made it a super easy transaction. 10/10 would recommend Edwin on the purchase of your new vehicle.

We walked into the dealership and asked about a specific SUV that was advertised, they went and brought it to the front door for us to look over. We went for a test drive then started making the deal. It would have been nice to get a litte more out of our trade, they offered us a little less than what we wanted but at the end of the day we were getting into a bigger better ride. So we where happy about that. Jacob out salesman was very nice and polite and was easy to work with.

My wife took her car in to get an oil change. She was charged $30 for a plugged tire. They did not consult her about fixing the tire. They told her about it as she was paying to leave. I called the billing department over a week ago and was forwarded to voice-mail. I left my name and number. Never received a call back. My wife would have told them that I can fix the tire. She would not have paid $30 for a simple repair. 267668 is the invoice number. Hopefully we can get this resolved or this 1 star review will stay in place. EDIT: Received a phone call from a manager who offered a free oil change. The intention of this review was not to receive free services, it was to show that communication is an essential part of customer care. I am updating my review to 4 stars for working with us. Hopefully there will be better communication to clients before services are performed with no prior communication. Thank you!
