I worked with Tyler and immediately upon speaking with him I knew this was the dealership I was going to do business with. When you start your search online you know how your information get sent to a lot of dealerships and then you get bombarded with text and phone calls and they never actually get to the point with why YOU'RE looking for a new vehicle. Tyler was awesome from the start. His tone was not pushy or overbearing. Yes, he's a salesman but his approach and the way he treated and talked to me and stay in contact with me did not have that pushy overbearing sales feel. I was a bit of a pain to be honest. The first time I went into the dealership everyone was super easy going and upbeat. Tyler took his time with me and never once made me feel like I was that pain customer. He answered all of my questions, he got to know me a little, it was pleasant. I couldn't make up my mind on the first visit plus I had another dealership offering some really interesting numbers. So I departed and said I'll need to run the numbers and see what fits in my budget. Tyler and his manager were understanding or at least that's the impression I walked away with. It took me 2-3wks before I contacted Tyler. Told him I had an intriguing offer from another dealership, forward everything to him and just told him if we can get creative the business is his. He took the time to treat me like a human being and as a fellow salesman that in and of itself spoke VOLUMES to me. He told me to come in the next day and we'll get it squared. Well, that was a Saturday when some freak wind and snow storm blew into the SLC area. Tyler held true to his word, we got creative, figured things out and I left in a new Frontier with everything I was looking for. I LOATH going to dealerships, LOATH IT! However, Tyler and his crew did things right by me and treated me like a human being. I highly recommend this dealership but of course Tyler. If you're someone that's looking, ask for Tyler. This guy told me during my first visit if we couldn't agree on a deal then we'd leave as friends and no hard feelings. The fact that he followed through on that and it wasn't just a sales tactics was pure class. Again, bravo to this dealership and much appreciation to Tyler for his support. 10 stars out of 5.

I had been looking for a Genesis G70 3.3 for a long time. Found it on KSL at Tim Dahle for a great price. When I called to schedule a test drive the salesman (Kern) was super helpful. He also made sure that the car was spotless before I got there. This was one of the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kern was very knowledgeable on my car features and was able to explain the buying process easily. The selling point for me was the Tim Dahle Forever warranty.
