We are long time Land Rover owners. We had an outstanding experience. Jim, the service manager, took excellent care of us. His communication was great, he was friendly and was a great listener. He got me in the shop quickly and the diagnosis was quick and accurate. They installed a new steering rack in my sport and it performs perfectly now. He came in under budget and the technician team did a great job. My car came back sparkling clean and I am a very happy customer. Thank you!!
I have been going to this dealership since my first Range Rover Evoque in 2018. The service department here is so kind and goes above and beyond to help( Ian and Joe do an exceptional job) am from Syracuse and they always come right out to get my car! They are very knowledgeable and always willing to help out the customer. The service department also does a great job problem solving with complex car issues. Land Rovers are breed of their own. John helped me out with my most recent lease and he was awesome as well. Very easy going. I would definitely purchase or lease another Land Rover as they are my favorite.
These guys are always quick to get my vehicle in and quick to get it back to me. Very professional and will make recommendations of what all needs to be fixed, what needs to be fixed now, and what can wait until I have more money saved up. I really trust these guys to not screw me over. My only complain is I am never offered a courtesy vehicle because I live 2 hours away.... They are the closest dealership to me, I should not be penalized because I don't live closer. For the amount of money these vehicles cost, I should never have to worry about going without a vehicle. The last time I have to take my vehicle in for repairs, it was there for 6 days while they awaited parts.. Not a big deal, except for I had to go without a vehicle for those 6 days. I bring this up everytime I go to the dealership and they tell me they will bring up my concerns. I hope it gets changed soon. I already tolerate driving 2 hours each way every time I need repairs or service because I love these vehicles so much, that being said, I shouldn't have to go without a vehicle during these time periods too.
