It started with my call in the morning, where manager Dave answered the phone and was very Inviting, helpful and courteous.Yama was an amazing sales person! Great customer service, easy-going informative. really had a very easy, pleasant experience buying my new used car!!!
Words can’t express my gratitude for the experience I had today with the four gentlemen who assisted me, in buying my first NEW car!!! Thank you Ronnie, Ron, Yama and Prabesh. I highly recommend Honda Marin! If I could give 10 stars I would: VIP treatment and a warm welcome. Yama advised me on which car suited me and he was right! His recommendations saved me money and everything was smooth sailing. Thank you guys! May God continue to bless you all :)
With the new car I bought from Honda Marin last summer and now at 6,300 miles, I decided to get its first oil change and tire rotation from Honda Marin, as well. I made an online appointment and showed up on time. Walking into the service department office, Mike waved me over in a friendly manner so that he could check me in. He said it would take 60-90 minutes (makes sense since there’s a tire rotation involved). He let me know snacks and drinks were nearby in the lounge or that Home Depot and Target/Starbucks was a short walk across the street. I took a walk toward that direction and soon found a nature walk along the bay shoreline. Wow, that was a surprise. Next time I return to see Mike to get the car’s second oil change, I’m going to bring my bike so that I can cover more trail!
