2021 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Advanced 4x4

Even though I didn’t get my vehicle serviced here but the customer service and care that they have for people is amazing. I live in Columbus, Ohio and was trying to visit an friend In Maryland, as I was driving down the highway my front left tire blew out and lost control and they let me use one of there unused spot for an week so I can figure out how to get back to Ohio and how to get my car back to Ohio. I promise the GM that it won’t be there after an week and I kept my word and now having an tow truck taking it away to be sent back to Ohio. They welcomed me in and they kept my keys safe and welcomed me to have a drink and stay in the cooled building. My family is Ford Family although I have a Kia Optima 2020 I’m proud to have an Ford Family and extremely happy that I land here than anywhere else. :) they have helped me so much. I’m so grateful and blessed to meet these wonderful people here at Diehl’s Ford!

I guy that picked up the truck was courteous and friendly. The truck is fixed and we were very happy to have someone pick it up for the repairs, so that I didn't have to wait while the work was being done (4 hours). We would have liked to use the car that was left here.
