2022 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Advanced 4x4

When I receive great customer service I always appreciate it. I wanted to upgrade to a larger vehicle and I returned to the Hyundai West Herr dealership at 5535 Transit Road, and met with Isaac Carson. I upgraded from the Kona to a Palisade which can carry up to 7 passengers. Isaac is a great, professional salesman. Told him what I wanted, colors inside and outside, and features I wanted. They actually had one there that matched what I was looking for, took it for a test drive and was extremely pleased. The improvement and safety features like when you’re making turns and it actually shows you what is behind you, the 12.3 touchscreen with navigation, the first and second rows of captain seats, forward collision avoidance assist and parking distance warning are great features. The finance manager Greg was also very professional & courteous. He made sure that I was happy with everything and went through it all thoroughly. There was a very polite young man who ran to open the door for me, and one lady who took some paperwork from me and the cashiers were friendly.

It was a very pleasant experience. The salesperson and staff were customer friendly. The process of taking home my new vehicle wasn’t a long tireless process. I’ll be sure to recommend West Herr to family and friends.????????
