Awesome team at Baker Jaguar West Ashley! Always impressed with Jonathan in sales, coordinating my service and detailing and great communication giving updates as appropriate. Truly great service after the sale. Also, David in service is fantastic in setting expectations, communication and following through getting service done right and in a reasonable time. Lastly, a shout out to the detailing shop for touching up some blemishes…Looks like new. Everyone has gone above and beyond expectations every time I’m there. Highly recommend!!

I am remiss in not writing this review sooner. Last year I purchased a 2022 Jaguar F-Pace SVR from Baker Motors Jaguar in Charleston. It was a terrific experience. I drove the two hours from Bluffton to order the vehicle because I was having a difficult time finding anyone at my local dealership (AutoNation Jaguar of Hilton Head) interested enough in selling me the vehicle that I wanted. I am so glad that I drove the two hours. Before actually visiting the dealership, I contacted Mr. Thien Nguyen, a Sales Consultant at Baker Motors. Thien was terrific! He listened to me and provided me suggestions on my order…actually saving me money for things that I did not need. Every step of the way, he was super helpful and communicative. Remember the days when these guys and gals that sold cars knew what they were talking about? Well, that’s Thien. Throughout this ordering process, through delivery, and since, this professional has stood by the product. If you want a new Jag (or Land Rover), give him a try. He has been at the dealership a very long time and is exceptional. Baker Motors Jaguar of Charleston Service Department does not disappoint either. They are the best that I have dealt with. When my local dealership said that it would take 5 full weeks to get my car in for an engine warning light (see photo), David Korelitz of Baker Motors got me in the same day that I contacted them. More over, David was masterful in how he communicated throughout the repair process. I was never left wondering what was happening with my Jag. In the end, David returned my repaired car to me 4 full weeks before my local Jag dealer had time to even evaluate it. Sales and service…if you are interested in a Jaguar or Land Rover, give Baker Motors of Charleston a try. My experience informs me that you will be exceedingly satisfied.
