2021 Ford Bronco First Edition Advanced 4x4

This review is for the quick lube department. The staff has always been courteous and professional. However, quality assurance is lacking. I get the Works to cover tire rotation. The last three visits this has been skipped. I called to talk to the staff about my last visit and they were professional as anlways, and they asked me to bring it back. The visit before, I was half way on a 3 hour trip when I realized the air filter cover was not latched down. I take into consideration the techs move a lot of people through their hands in one day. I rated it four stars because quality control could use work. A check sheet or walk around after completion. MM

I left my truck on Monday and it was repaired on following Monday. I was explained about 3% charge for paying with credit card or debit card. No one reached out to me and explained what was going on. All staff I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly. Staff was great and very helpful. However, I will take my truck back for repairs.
